Data collected and purposes

• Tasting requests and event bookings: name, email, phone, date and number of guests, to handle the request.
• Newsletter: email address and consent, to send news about our labels and tastings.
• B2B area: business details (company name, VAT number, SDI/PEC, address, contact person, phone) to manage the account and orders.

Legal basis and retention

We process data based on consent (newsletter), performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (orders and bookings), and legal obligations (invoicing). Data is kept for as long as needed for these purposes and for tax requirements.

Recipients

Data may be processed by technical providers acting as processors: website hosting and database, email delivery service. No data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability of your data and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@enotecapassamiilcalice.it. You can also file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
